This will send us the client's log file to for further inspection and help our technicians pinpointing the culprit for this glitch on your system. Together with using features like Kill Switch, Limit connection to VPN or Stealth Guard will further shield you from DNS-leaks and IP-leaks. Our VPN client has an separate option ("Use custom DNS") to change system's DNS servers, otherwise by default it will put our custom DNS servers on VPN adapter itself (since all traffic is going strictly through that adapter). We've tried reaching out to you via this platform, but haven't received your feedback. We are interested in this DNS problem and would like to know more about it.
